zz8 is a pair of camera glasses for people whose work takes them to building sites: engineers, consultants, project managers, inspectors. It remembers what the wearer saw, where and when, and reminds them the next time they stand in the same spot. Recording happens only with permission, under Singapore’s PDPA.
zz8 is a Singapore company at pre-seed stage. It is running a six-month pilot with a handful of Singapore firms and is open to investors and design partners.
The wordmark — two staggered z's and the glyph (the red 8 made of short bars) — is the main logo. Use the files; never type it out yourself.
The glyph, the red 8 on its own, is for avatars, favicons, watermarks, and anywhere under 48px. Its six short bars (we call them batons) never move; only the seventh, angled bar (the hand) does.
Six colors, in roughly these proportions: white 60%, fog (light grey) 25%, ink (near-black) 10%, signal (the red) 5%. One red element per page or screen — never red body text, never lighter versions of it.

Space Grotesk is the only typeface. Headlines are bold and all lowercase; body text is sentence case, 16px with 1.55 line height. Weights 300, 400, 500, 700. Open-source under the SIL OFL 1.1, so free to install and embed.
