zz8 is a pair of camera glasses for people who work on and around buildings: engineers, consultants, project managers, inspectors. This page summarizes our investor pack. The full materials go to named investors and design partners.
Every AI assistant today starts from zero and forgets. zz8 remembers what it saw with you, and how it knows each thing. That memory can't be added later — it has to be built by being there.
The big technology companies are building AI glasses for everyday life, locked to their own apps. None of them is built for work on a building site, with the permissions that needs. That gap is open now.
We run zz8 as an experiment with four checkpoints, agreed in advance. Funding is released checkpoint by checkpoint, and a weak result already has a funded next step — including stopping.
| checkpoint 1 | Device chosen | We test candidate glasses head-to-head and pick one. |
| checkpoint 2 | Live-site demo | zz8 speaks up on a real site, unprompted. |
| checkpoint 3 | Mid-pilot check | Are people still wearing it? Can their other AI tools use its memory? |
| checkpoint 4 | The readout | Do people keep zz8 beside them? |
Our founding sponsor runs an acoustic-engineering consultancy in Singapore. It supplies real sites, real technical work, and the first wearers from day one.
Design partners join a structured pilot: recording with permission on their own sites, regular wear, and an honest answer at the end.
zz8 isn't married to any one device or AI model. When better hardware or models appear, we swap them in — zz8 gets cheaper, not obsolete. And the memory belongs to the wearer: their other AI tools can use it too.
Recording happens only with consent, under Singapore's PDPA. We keep a written position on how data is handled.
The pack opens to named investors and design partners on request.
